Ingredients:
1. Tortillas - 2 nos.
2. Onions diced - 1/2 cup
3. Capsicum diced - 1/2 cup
4. Potatoes diced - 1/2 cup
5. Paneer cubes (cottage cheese) - 1/2 cup
6. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
7. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp.
8. Oregano powder - 1/4 tsp.
9. Oil - one tbsp.
10. Salt to taste
Cooking Method:
1. Heat oil in pan and add onions, and saute for 2 min, covered with a lid.
2. Then add potato and keep it covered.
3. Once potatoes are half cooked add capsicum and salt, and cook in low flame covered until the vegetables are done.
3. Add garam masala and chilly powder and add paneer cubes.
4. Give it a stir and cook for another 2 min until the spices blends well.
5. Add the oregano powder in the end.
6. Wrap this vegetable in the tortillas and palce it on a baking tray in the pre-heated oven for approximately 8 min.
7. Enjoy the wrap when it is warm.
* oregano powder is a spice that belongs to the mint family. It is aromatic and slightly bitter to taste having many uses and benefits.
*The oregano powder is always added at the end of the cooking process to retain its flavour.
* The tortillas can be placed in the microwave and heat it/place in a hot, dry frying pan too over a medium temperature.
