Green Gram Sprouts is made of a popular pulse, which is rich in protein. Sprouted beans are better known for its health benefits and it is easily digestible. Raw seeds especially already have so many good nutrients and when it is sprout, the nutrient value multiplies.
Ingredients:
1. Whole green gram (Moong dal) - 1 cup
2. Onion - 1no.
3. Tomato - 1no.
4. Grated cabbage - 1/2 cup
5. Grated carrots - 1/2 cup
6. Lemon - 1/2 tsp
7. Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
8. Salt as required
9. Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp.
Cooking Method:
1. Soak green gram in water overnight and in the morning take out the water and put this in a casserole and leave it for around 6 to 8 hours or you can even make this in a sprouts maker or even tie in a cloth and leave it in a dark place like your oven or microwave.
2. Once the green gram grains have taken a shape of sprouts, mix it with all the other ingredients and your green healthy salad is ready to enjoy.
