Sev Puri is chaat with a twist of savory snack and chutney stuffed in puffed pooris. Pooris are topped-up with tamarind and coriander chutney along with chaat masala, red chilly flakes making each bite a crunchy sweet, tangy and spicy that would awaken the senses. Sev Puri Chaat is available in different versions with local touch or flavor depending upon the geographies. Even sometimes flat pooris called papdis are used to make sev Puri Chaat.
Ingredients:
1. Puris - 5 to 8
2. Boiled potato - 2 no.
3. Savory sev - 1 cup
4. Green chutney - 3 tbsp.
5. Dates and Tamarind chutney - 4 tbsp.
6. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp.
7. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp.
8. Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp.

Assembling of Sev Puri Chaat:
Crush the puffed puri from one side and make a hole for stuffing arranging them in a plate. Dice the boiled potato and stuff them in these puris in small quantity. Pour both the chutneys top of it - green chutney and tamarind chutney depending upon your preference of sweeter or spicy taste. Top-up and stuff the sev in remaining space of pooris. Finally sprinkle some red chilly flakes, chaat masala and cumin powder.
