Natural and Hybrid Watermelons |
Ingredients:
1. Watermelon pieces rind removed - 5 to 6 cups
2. Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
3. Fresh mint leaves- handful
4. Lemon and watermelon wedges with some fresh mint leaves for garnishing
Preparation Method:
1. In a food processor, blend together, water melon pieces and mint leaves until smooth.
2. Filter the cooler and squeeze some lemon juice into it.
3. Serve the Watermelon - Mint Cooler chilled with lemon and watermelon wedges along with some fresh mint leaves.
