Ingredients:
1. Semolina / sooji / rava - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 3/4th to 1 cup
3. Clarified butter / Ghee - 1/2 to 3/4th cup
4. Pineapple pieces - 1 cup
5. Pineapple essence - 1/2 tsp. (optional)
6. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp.
7. Cashew nuts and raisins (kishmish) - 1/4th cup
8. Turmeric - a pinch

Cooking method:
2. In the same pan, dry roast the semolina / rava until it leaves a nice aroma without getting its color changed. Once done take this too onto a plate and keep aside.
3. Now blend the pineapple pieces coarsely in a blender.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add coarsely blended pineapple pieces and allow it to cook in the ghee for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring until it becomes mushy. Now add 3 cups of water to it and allow it to boil well adding a pinch of turmeric. Once the pineapple is cooked well, add roasted semolina and keep stirring it on low flame.
5. Once semolina / rava is cooked add sugar, and roasted cashew nuts and raisins. Cook this until it gets thick. Add the remaining ghee, cardamon powder and pineapple essence. Keep stirring until the ghee leaves to the sides of the pan. Serve the warm Pineapple Kesari Bath and relish this sweet delicacy.
