Sesame Seeds Ladoo is a nutritious traditional sweet dish. 1. Sesame seeds / Til / Nuvvulu / Ellu - 1 cup
2. Peanuts - 1/2 cup (though optional, can be added any kind of nuts like cashews, almonds, walnuts, hazzelnuts)
3. Jaggery - 1 1/2 cup

Sesame Seeds Ladoo recipe how to make

Cooking Method:

1. Dry roast the sesame seeds keep the flame very low until it slightly changes its color and the flavor emanates the kitchen. Keep it aside.

2. Similarly dry roast the peanuts too in the same way until the cover is easily removed without getting them burnt. Once cool, just with your hand or a bowl rub the peanuts to remove its papery skin. Keep this too aside.

3. Grate the jaggery and keep it ready.

4. First blend the sesame seeds coarsely and remove it onto a plate. Blend the peanuts too coarsely and mix it with sesame seeds. 

5. Finally in the blended mix sesame seeds powder, peanuts powder and jaggery and run the mixer just once so that its well combined. Form round shape balls depending upon the size you wish and enjoy the festivities with this easy making Sesame Seeds Ladoo.
