Ingredients:
1. Whole Green Gram (moong dal) - one cup
2. Ginger - small piece
3. Green chillies - 2nos.
4. Coriander seeds - 1tsp.
5. Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
6. Salt
7. Oil to fry
Cooking Method:
1. Soak the green gram dal in water overnight.
2. Strain the water and add ginger, salt, coriander seeds, and blend in the mixer coarsely.
3. Add green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture, and then deep fry in the form of small flat shapes or you can scoop the batter using a table spoon and on a medium flame.
