Cauliflower Egg Burji
Cauliflower Egg Burji is a vegetable combined with egg yolk for the added taste. This vegetable goes well with all forms of bread. It makes a filling in sandwiches too. For kids, this vegetable filled in sandwiches along with cheeze and grilled  is the best food. In my kitchen, I use this filling for my fried and baked pastries (samosas) too.



Ingredients:

1. Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
2. Eggs - 2 nos.
3. Onions - 2 nos.
4. Green chilly - 1 no.
5. Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
6. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
7. Oil - 1 tsp.
8. Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Clean the cauliflower florets adding turmeric and hot water.

2. Chop the onions and chilly finely and keep aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies. Then add onions to it and fry for 3 min.

4. Add cauliflower florets and cover the lid, so that the vegetable cooks in the steam itself.

5. Once the vegetable is half cooked, add salt and give it a stir before closing the lid.

5. After 5 min, break the egg and pour it on the vegetable and leave it uncovered.

6. Once you can see the egg cooked give it a good stir and cook it till dry.
