Cheese Jacket Potato


Cheese Jacket Potato, baked potato, mossarella cheese with potato
Cheese Jacket Potato is a dish, which is plain and simple. It is a favorite among British. This can be topped or filled with any vegetable too along with cheese. This hot and cheesy Jacket Potato is all seasons' dish but best relished in winters, along with mint dip or chutney.










Ingredients:

1. Baby potatoes - 10

2. Mozzarella Cheese for stuffing
3. Butter
4. Pepper

Cooking Method:

1. Clean the potatoes in water and boil it. Keep it half boiled, since later it gets cooked in the oven.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. 

3. Once the potatoes are done scoop some potato out (can used this extra baked with cheese and some vegetables in a different tray) and fill the cheese into it combined with pepper.

4. Brush the potatoes with butter. Place the potatoes in the middle shelf of the oven, preferably directly on the rack and bake until a golden colour is formed, minimum for half an hour.
